What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, phone, shipping address, and the items you bought. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor, and never stored by Teaky Grove.
• When you browse: basic technical information such as pages viewed and browser type, used to keep the store working and secure.

How we use it

• To produce and ship your order, send receipts and shipping notices, and answer support requests.
• To share the shipping address and items ordered with our production partner so they can print and ship the order. They receive no payment information.
• To meet legal obligations such as sales tax reporting.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Your choices

Email admin@teakygrove.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you or to ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Service providers

Stripe (payments and sales tax), Postmark (transactional email), Supabase (order records), and our Kansas City print partner (production and shipping).
