Who you are buying from

"Teaky Grove" is the trade name of Mango Grove, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company based in Overland Park, Kansas. Stores operated by Teaky Grove sell merchandise under license from the brand shown on the store. Teaky Grove is the seller and merchant of record for every order: we take your payment, collect and remit applicable sales tax, arrange production and shipping, and handle support. The charge on your card statement will show Teaky Grove followed by the store name.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout before you pay.
• An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if an item cannot be produced, if payment fails verification, or if an obvious pricing error occurred.
• Product images are illustrations. Colors and placement may vary slightly from what is shown.

Intellectual property

Brand names, logos, and designs on each store belong to the brand owner and are used under license. The storefront and its software belong to Teaky Grove. You may not reproduce either without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Teaky Grove’s liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
