Refund & Shipping Policy

Shipping

• Every item is printed to order after purchase. Orders ship within 7–14 business days via ground service to addresses in the United States.
• Shipping is charged at checkout at a flat rate unless the store offers free shipping above an order threshold; the rate is shown before you pay.
• You will receive an email receipt at purchase and a shipping notice when your order is on its way.

Returns and refunds

• Because each item is made for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing. Please check the size chart on the product before ordering.
• If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint and reship at no cost, or refund the item in full to your original payment method, your choice.
• Refunds are issued to the original card and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until production begins, usually within 24 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
